Innovative New Program
Lisa is collaborating with a college's leadership team to create an innovative new program set to debut in May 2026.
The team is presently developing a Proforma to guarantee that the new program is financially viable and transitions swiftly from a cost center to a profit center.
Following that, we will plan targeted messaging, branding, and community outreach to support the launch event. Stay tuned for the grand unveiling!
From Start Up to Growth
Moving from start up to a growth organization can be challenging when the founder works full time and is passionate about serving people in their native country. Lisa is working with the board to thoughtfully plan for growth while continuing to offer dynamic programs and services in country. This is a vibrant nonprofit with a great future ahead.
Leadership Development for a Member Association
Imagine creating a customized Servant Leadership Series of online courses for emerging leaders in the greater Seattle area. Lisa has now developed and delivered this 5 course series to 5 cohorts of leaders. Satisfaction surveys from nearly 100 participants rate their experience as 4.6 out of 5 stars!
